Description	The project has as its objective the creation of a system which allows for the improvement of the quality of hospitalisation during the treatment of complex pathologies and in the post-operation period, through the integration of a multimedia information platform and a system of direct communication between patients and care centres. The project concentrates on creating the tools suitable to involve directly the in-care subject with the auto-evaluation of parameters subject to observation, according to the applicable medical/surgical protocols.
