  The project KM3NeT Italy – Submarine Observatory in the Ionian Sea for the revelation of astrophysical neutrinos and multidisciplinary research

  The main objective of the enhancement project "KM3NeT Italy" is the creation of a submarine telescope to capture neutrinos, made up of 60 tower structures capable of revealing the luminous wake produced by rare interactions of neutrinos of astrophysical origin with sea water, with the ultimate objective of identifying sources of cosmic rays and antimatter. The telescope will integrate the infrastructure already existing on the site of Capo Passero, in Sicily.

  NEW SCIENCE: Integrated laboratory of new social science technologies

  The integrated laboratory of social science technologies "New Science", at the University Suor Orsola Benincasa of Naples, has the objective of integrating technological development and the world of human knowledge. The intent is to increase the capacity of investigation and research in social sciences, their usability in the planning of new technological solutions, as well as the market application of the results of the research.

  The BRIT project is a research and innovation laboratory focused on biotechnology and nanotechnology for the care, treatment and prevention of chronic degenerative diseases.

  L.E.D.A. project (Laboratory of Earthquake engineering and Dynamic Analysis)

  The project L.E.D.A. (Laboratory of Earthquake engineering and Dynamic Analysis) has the objective of creating an advanced research centre in the field of seismic engineering and vibration analysis and control.

  TIGEM Strengthening of advanced technology platforms for the development of gene and pharmacological therapies

  The objective of the project is the enhancement of advanced technological platforms for the development of genetic and pharmacological therapies for genetic and degenerative diseases. These platforms integrate high-content "screening" skills, computational biology, molecular, cellular, genetic and clinical biology. The enhancement work concerns three different components which are directly derived from the three TIGEM research programmes (Cellular Biology, Gene Therapy and Computational Biology) and which integrate and reciprocally..
