The PoP_HuB mission is to create a network of people and spaces, starting with abandoned and underused buildings in the city, with the objective of exposing situations of abandonment for the re-evaluation of the buildings.

An online and mobile platform will be able to locate the buildings and create a display containing data, technicians, photos and links.

The idea of mapping the buildings and reviving them on the occasion of an event open to citizens enters into a project which provides, on the one hand, for ground-up participation by the population in cataloguing the buildings and determining potential uses for them and, on the other, the possibility to activate new processes of management and revitalisation of whole abandoned areas.

Shining reflectors on forgotten and abandoned places falling into disuse, by showing their potential for reuse, attracts the attention of investors and, in general, encourages a new collective interest towards these spaces by transforming them into resources.
