Description	The project is to develop a base platform SW SCADA energy edition applied to a HW platform for application systems development and integration of scenarios designed to supervise, manufacturing processes control ,of transmission and energy distribution.The platform will consist of two macro systems, a Col AdMin SCADA system (Advanced Management Information) and a Soft logic system "Col Soft (Soft Logic Programmable Controller)
