Description	The innovative technological idea proposed focuses on the creation of a digital collaborative space to allow public and private tourism agents to work systematically. SMARTDMO is an operational tool for the creation and maintenance of back-end digital relationships between the DMO (Destination Management Organisation) and the stakeholders in the sector. SMARTDMO is configured to be a digital collaborative space used for designing and planning tourism products and promotional/commercialisation plans in the tourism sector. The platform allows public and private tourism agents to innovate their modes of interaction for the efficient management of a tourism destination.
